We welcome our new trainees for 2026

Today was the day: Four new trainees had their first day at WIHA-Thekentechnik. We are very pleased to welcome Fynn and Rabie, who are both beginning their training as mechatronics technicians for refrigeration technology, Erick as a prospective technical product designer, and Lea as a future industrial management assistant to our team.

The program began with a company tour: Together, they went through the office and production areas, where all departments of our company were shown to the four of them. This gave them a comprehensive overview right on their first day, allowed them to gather initial impressions, and meet many new faces.

We wish Fynn, Rabie, Erick and Lea a great start, much success, and above all lots of enjoyment during their apprenticeship.
