Contact-cooled cooling well for cooling beverages, goods in GN containers and in bowls. Temperature range inside the well: 4°C to 12°C (climate class 3; 25°C; 60% rel. humidity).
Well completely made of polished stainless steel, material 1.4301. Depending on size, fitted with one or more flush-drawn drains (1 1/4″). CFC-free insulation, with external vapor barrier made of aluminum foil. Tubing on the side with 8 mm copper pipe. The refrigerant lines and a sensor empty conduit are routed downward in one corner.
