Recessed recirculating-air cooling insert for cooling cakes, gateaux, snacks and delicatessen items. To ensure proper cooling, the goods must be arranged below the air outlet nozzle. With an on-site glass top attachment, which may only be open on the air outlet side, the following applies: temperatures 4°C to 12°C at 25°C/60% rel. humidity. Without glass top attachment, the following applies: temperatures 6°C to 12°C at 25°C/60% rel. humidity.
Note: A clearance of approx. 20 mm must be planned below the tray.
