Bäcker-Snack MOVE

The refrigerated product display in the Bäcker-Snack MOVE is flush with the countertop, unlike conventional recirculating air cooling systems. This makes work behind the counter much easier. For example, cakes can be pulled forward for slicing. Pieces that have already been cut can be easily lifted from the service side with a cake server, and cakes at the back can also be reached quickly by moving the cakes at the front.

Despite the flush-with-the-countertop design, optimal cooling is ensured by the demand-controlled cold air blanket. In the event of unfavorable product loading or higher ambient temperatures, a deep cold air blanket with gentle air circulation is created by the automatically extending air guide.
